PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable tie installation tool provided with cable tie feeding malfunction preventing mechanism and easily used to apply cable ties of different length.
SOLUTION: A portable automatic cable tie installation tool 40 for applying individual cable ties 32 around bundles of wires 30 or the like utilizes a rotary driven rod having a helical groove longitudinally formed along the rod, as advancing mechanism for the cable ties 32.
