A control circuit 1 generates a turn signal for turning right or turning left from a traffic indicating lamp 6 on the basis of a traffic indicating signal from a turn signal switch 2 of a scooter. The control circuit 1 calculates a turning angle of the scooter from the angular velocity V of the scoter detected by a angular velocity sensor 3, and cancels the turn signal by the traffic indicating lamp 6 when the turning angle is not less than a turning angle standard value, a throttle sensor 4 detects an opening state (a traveling state) of a throttle valve, and the angular velocity V detected by the angular velocity sensor 3 is smaller than an angular velocity reference value. Therefore, when the scooter is waiting for tuning right or left at an intersection, even if the turning angle is larger than the turning angle reference value and the angular velocity V is smaller than the angular velocity reference value, the vehicle is not in the traveling state (actual vehicular speed is zero), so that the turn signal is not unnecessarily cancelled.
