To provide an automatic centrifugal separator which enables an operation at low-energy, and is excellent in driving stability.
The automatic centrifugal separator is provided with a rotary body, a rotary body chamber 5 containing the rotary body and having an opening for carrying in and carrying out a specimen, a rail 9 installed at both sides of the opening on an upper surface of the rotary body chamber 5, a door 4 moving horizontally on the rail 9 to close up the opening, a packing 10 for sealing the rotary body chamber 5 and the door 4, a refrigerator for cooling the rotary body chamber 5, and a conveying means 3 for conveying the specimen, and for opening and closing the door 4. A protruding part 12 provided on a bottom part of the door 4, and a vertical movement mechanism of the door 4 are provided, and the door 4 is pressed from the above by the conveying means 3.
