Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic cigarette end collecting device installable on a screw conveyor with a curved carrying route and a curved island.
SOLUTION: In a screw conveyor transporting powder and grain and cigarette butts by imparting rotating and driving to the end of a screw disposed in a casing, a plurality of screw units with spiral blades are connected to each other, and a wire is installed as a rotating shaft. An automatic cigarette end collecting device comprises a plurality of ash trays each having a hole part for dropping cigarette ends and disposed correspondingly to play stands, the screw conveyor disposed under the cigarette end falling passages of the ash trays, and a collecting container for collecting the cigarette butts carried by the screw conveyor. The screw conveyor is used in the automatic collecting device.
