Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve safety by a method wherein a switch for detecting the state of half-latch or full-latch of a door, a closure-reversing switch and others are provided, and the closure is returned to its original position by operation of the switch if something is caught in the door.
CONSTITUTION: A half-latch detecting switch 17 and a full-latch detecting switch 44 are provided to an automatic door that is operated by a motor or the like while a reversing switch or the like is provided to a closure 8. Normally, as the door is closed to the state of half-latch by operation of the motor and the half-latch detecting switch 17 is operated, the closure 8 works and the door is closed automatically to the state of full-latch. Then, the closure 8 is returned to its original position on detection of the state of full-latch. If something is caught in the door while the closure 8 is in operation and the reversing switch is turned on, the closure 8 is turned for reversing and returned to its original position. Thereby, safety can be improved.
