PURPOSE: To switch a camera driving system and a lens driving system securely in a short time by moving up and down a clutch gear through a switching mechanism according to the rotating direction of a driving motor in starting, and switching the two driving systems selectively.

CONSTITUTION: A sliding plate 37 is fitted under the clutch gear 10, triangular gears 34 and 36 are supported thereupon and coaxially with trefoil gears 33 and 35, and ratchet gears 31 and 32 driven by the motor 1 are engaged with the gears 33 and 35. For the switching to the camera driving system from a neutral position in a figure, when the motor 1 is rotated forward in a short time, the gear 33 and sliding plate 37 are pressed up by the rotation of the gear 31 to mesh the clutch gear 10 with the gear 12, detaining it by a hook lever 48. At this time, the gears 31 and 33 are not engaged with each other, so forward/ backward control is carried out without any hindrance. Then, a return to the neutral position is made by a resetting signal to a magnet 51. Consequently, the switching operation is performed securely in a short time.
