Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly reduce the load on a drive motor over the whole range of the clutch stroke with a simple structure.
SOLUTION: An operating cylinder 16 is connected to a release lever 14, and an oil passage 20a of the cylinder 16 is connected in parallel to a master cylinder 19 and an auxiliary cylinder 22. A worm wheel 35 to be driven by a motor 32 is provided, and connection points 36, 37 are provided at the opposite positions across the center O of rotation on the wheel 35. The connection points 36, 37 are connected to piston rods 40, 41 respectively. The distance R2 from the center O to the connection point 37 is shorter than the distance R1 from the center O to the connection point 36, and the volumetric change on the auxiliary cylinder 22 side is smaller than that on the master cylinder 19 side. The pressure corresponding to the reaction of a spring 11 is applied to the cylinder 19, 22, and the torque to cancel the spring reaction is applied to the wheel 35 from the cylinder 22.
