PURPOSE: To eliminate the need for stirring a flow control agent during operation, concn. adjustment, etc., and to enhance efficiency by storing the flow control agent under stirring in a work supply position and dropping the flow control agent onto the prescribed position on a circular orbit while rotating the work, then spreading the flow control agent in the time for next one rotation and coating the work with the agent to a uniform circumferential shape.
CONSTITUTION: The work W in a stocking and supplying section 10 is supplied to a receiving base 23 of a coating section 20. The settling of the chief material of the flow control agent is prevented by stirring vanes 42a provided in a barrel 40. The entire part of the barrel 40 moves near to the work on a turn table 35 by carrying a coating head part 40a thereunder. The rotating angles of the turn table 35 are detected by 4 pieces of dogs 37 and sensors 38 and a driving signal for discharging the flow control agent is sent to a dispenser controller 47. The flow control agent is dropped from a needle 45 by a timer. Felt tips 46 spread the flow control agent uniformly and thinly to an annular shape. This action is executed while the turn table 35 just makes the next one turn after stoppage.
