Abstract:
PURPOSE: To judge the timing of tool change so properly in time by making a numerical control program so as to be composable in consideration of a degree of wear in the tool.
CONSTITUTION: On the occasion of composing a numerical control program, in the case where machining has been done by the numerical control program, a degree of wear in each tool is calculated as the machining frequency (step S5). If there is a tool whose added value is reached to the reference value of machining frequency set at each tool in advance, a fact that the tool wears to the specified degree is informed to it (step S7-S10).
