To provide an automatic conductive sintering system capable of automatically and continuously executing a sintering stage from the packing of powder into a sintering die to sintering.
This automatic conductive sintering system has an automatic packing device 10 of powder automatically executing the packing of powder by a desired amt. into a sintering die and the preliminary pressurizing of the powder packed into the sintering die, a preheating device 30 provided on the downstream side than the automatic packing device 10 along the transferring path of the sintering die and preheating the sintering die and a pressurizing electrode contacted with a pair of press cores inserted into the sintering die with the powder held and pressurizing the press cores and is provided with a sintering device 40 flowing sintering current to the pressurizing electrode and sintering the powder in the sintering die, a cooling device 50 arranged adjacently to the downstream side of the sintering device 40 and cooling the sintering die in which sintering is already finished and conveyers 70a and 70b conveying the sintering die fed from the automatic packing device 10 through the preheating device 30, the sintering device 40 and the cooling device 50. The preheating device 30, sintering device 40 and cooling device 50 are respectively provided with chambers which are individually closable.
