Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the accuracy, by controlling the injection volume on the basis of the compared-value of a measured injection volume of cement milk with a preset injection volume of milk, and setting a corrected injection volume basing on the excess or short age of the prior section, when the depth is changed.
SOLUTION: A work instructing device 100 outputs a work-start signal to pump cement milk from a cement milk supply device M to an execution machine S through a hose 9 and excavate and agitate the ground in the excavating and agitating part 5 to form a soil cement column. The controller 110 controls the cement milk supply device M on the basis of a compared value of an actually measured injection volume of cement milk with a preset injection volume of milk to supply a specified volume of cement milk corresponding to the construction speed of the column in a unit depth section to the excavating and agitating part 5. And further, the controller controls the injection volume of the next specified depth section, to adjust it by an excess or short volume, when the actually measured injection volume of the cement milk is more than a basic injection range or less than that.
