PURPOSE: To decrease the dependency on human power by attempting automation of a construction work for architecture such as a building or the like and to accomplish the automation of weight lifting and positioning work for construction materials.
CONSTITUTION: An automatic building constructing apparatus 10 of an all- weather type covers the ceiling area and the outside area of a building to be constructed and rises together with the progress of building construction. In the apparatus, a gripping device 19 is suspended on the wire rope 18 of a winch 15 provided inside the ceiling area 11, and a positioning device 20 is provided on the gripping device 19. The construction materials on the ground are gripped by the gripping device 19 and its weight is lifted to a construction portion, and the construction material is adjusted by delicate movement by the positioning device 20 to be plumbed.
