CONSTITUTION: When the CM raw material 1 is recorded on a master mother VTR 2, the sound level correction value is found with a correction value arithmetic unit 3, and it is recorded on a host computer 6, and correction is performed based on the correction value in the reproduction operation. In other words, the level with the real number of seconds of CM sound is stored in storage parts 13-15 when the CM raw material 1 is recorded, and the sound level correction value is found by performing the computation of a mean level and audible weighing at arithmetic parts 16-18. When the CM is reproduced, a CM sound level is corrected by operating a variable attenuator 5 based on the sound level correction value. Thereby, it is possible to control the sound level of each CM raw material at a constant level without impairing the source sound.
