Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent freezing of an aircraft by removing snow which has lain and also making an antifreezing solution adhere to the whole airframe, and also to prevent freezing of a grape fruit, etc. by mixing suitably an antifreezing solution into warm water or fresh water with respect to snow which has lain on the airframe of the aircraft, etc., and pouring an antifreezing solution mixed agent to the airframe by a nozzle. CONSTITUTION:An antifreezing solution in an antifreezing solution tank 3 reaches a suction pipe 24 of a high pressure pump 4, and also warm water in a warm water tank 2 reaches the suction pipe 24 of the high pressure pump 4 and mixed with the antifreezing solution there in. The mixed solution is discharged from the high pressure pump 4, and a part thereof is supplied to a refractometer 7, in which a mixed concentration is measured by utilizing a refraction of light. A measured concentration value is converted to an electric signal, and thereafter, transmitted into a controller 9, in which it is compared with an electric level which is set as an optimum concentration in advance. In such a way, an optimum mixed concentration of the warm water and the antifreezing solution in the high pressure pump 4 is held, and the mixed solution which has reached a desired antifreezing solution percentage is jetted like a spray to the outside from jet nozzles 18, 19 by a pressure force in the high pressure pump 4.
