PURPOSE: To make it possible to respond to the shape change or the like of molds by correcting the pouring amount control pattern for a partial period in the case of performing automatic control of pouring molten metal by storing the control pattern based on the operator's visual inspection in a memory device.

CONSTITUTION: The molds being sent continuously to the molten metal pouring place are automatically poured with molten metal by a memory circuit 16 which has been stored with the control patterns based on the operator's visual inspection. If it is desired to partly correct this pattern for a partial period, the switch 10b of a control signal generating circuit 10 is opened and a switching circuit 26 is closed. Next, a switching circuit 25 is opened and a switching circuit 15 is made to output "1" so as to close a gate circuit 13. Thereupon, the molten metal surface level of the molten metal pouring cup of the mold is checked by the operator's visual inspection and a potentiometer 10a is partially corrected with 0 level as a center.
