Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily change length of a transfer line corresponding to changing a number of working stations by providing a reciprocating motion operating means reciprocated in a conveying direction by a space of arranging a working unit provided in line with a conveying table.
CONSTITUTION: After ending working, first a lift operating means is actuated to lift a lift base 7. Then, a conveying table 26 is lifted by the lift base 7, in its turn, a workpiece W is lifted through a workpiece supporting part 25 and detached upward from a workpiece positioning means 5 of a mounting base. Here in also an automatic conveyer in the next working station adjacent in a conveying direction, a similar operation is performed. Next, the conveying table 26 is supported to the lift base 7, displaced in a conveying direction by a space of a working unit adjacent to each other by a reciprocating motion operating means 21 and placed in a condition transferred onto the lift base of a conveying unit placed in an adjacent already lift position in the conveying direction.
