Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic cooking machine capable of saving the space of a cooking part, frying foodstuffs evenly and finely, and ensuring a small energy loss.
SOLUTION: A plurality of foodstuff housing bodies 1 are circulated and transported like a loop with a drive rope 2, and an oil bath 5 is disposed at the intermediate position of the transport loop. Then, the foodstuff housing bodies 1 containing foodstuffs A are thrown into frying oil B stored in the oil bath 5 and carried through the frying oil for frying the foodstuffs A. Thereafter, the foodstuff housing bodies 1 are lifted from the oil bath 5 and the foodstuffs A in the foodstuff housing bodies 1 are discharged to a chute 16.
