Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic cultivator which can suitably control the growth of each seedling without relying on man power, does not adhere a cultivation liquid to other seedlings, when seedlings are carried in or out, and can also correspond to the production of many kinds and small amounts of the seedlings.
SOLUTION: This automatic cultivator having cultivation trays 101 having a plurality of cultivation holes, respectively, a cultivation field 106 on which the cultivation trays 101 are disposed in a grid-like pattern, a carrying-in conveyer for carrying the cultivation trays 101 in the cultivation field 106, a carrying- out conveyer for carrying out the cultivation trays 101 from the cultivation field, and a transfer machine 102 for holding the cultivation trays 101 and then transferring the held cultivation trays from the carrying-in conveyer to the cultivation field 106 or from the cultivation field 106 to the carrying-out conveyer further has a controller for memorizing and controlling elapse times after the transfer of the cultivation trays 101 to the cultivation field 106 and places to which the cultivation trays 101 are transferred, whereby after a prescribed elapse time the cultivation trays 101 can automatically be shipped with the transfer machine 102 and the carrying-out conveyer.
