Abstract:
PURPOSE: To automatically cut a member to be cut by getting into a narrow point of place to which a man cannot have access.
CONSTITUTION: A traveling carriage 7 is made to travel toward a member 5 to be cut as it is guided by a guide body 9 along a guide member 6 provided on a narrow part, and when the traveling carriage 7 reaches a cutting position of the member 5 to be cut, the traveling carriage 7 is fixed on the guide member 6 by the guide body 9. Thereafter, a saw blade 28 is pressed on the member 5 to be cut by revolving a revolving head 21 by revolving devices 23, 24, and the member 5 to be cut is cut by moving the saw blade 28 in and out by a push-pull device.
