Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently deliver a product pallet on which a machined work in the preceding process is accumulated to the following process without searching an automatic plate warehouse for a work to be used in the following process, so as to improve productive efficiency.
SOLUTION: In a working line of this device, a material pallet Pw is delivered from an automatic plate warehouse 27 where the material pallet Pw can be delivered and warehoused. Works are taken out of the material pallet Pw and then are carried into a plate cutting machine 1 singly by a work handling device 59. Products worked by the plate cutting machine 1 are carried out thereof and then accumulated onto a product pallet Pg by the work handling device 59. The product pallet Pg is transferred according to data on delivery destinations previously inputted in a working schedule 103 of a line control part 83 so as to be delivered to a delivering station 63 directly and automatically without being brought back to the automatic plate warehouse 27.
