PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically and easily pulling out a belt sleeve within a short time without deforming the same by providing a cap member, a chuck part, a lifter pulling out the cap member and a cover material from a mold and an attaching and detaching auxiliary means separating the pulled out cap member and the pulled-out cover material.
SOLUTION: A mold 2 wherein a belt sleeve 19 is mounted on the cover material 17 fitted to the attaching part 12 and molding region 11 of the mold 2 is erected and a lower attaching part 12 is fixed by a chuck part 4 and, after the attaching part 12 is covered with a cap member 3 having an attaching and detaching mechanism 23 mounted thereon, a pressure medium is introduced into the through-hole 13 of the mold 2. Whereupon, a pawl part 28 is engaged with a cover material 17 by a cylinder part 25 and, when the pressure medium further penetrates into the side surface parts of the cover material 17 and the molding region 11, the cover material 17 is separated from the mold 2 and, when the cap member 3 is raised by a lifter, a belt sleeve 10 is demolded from the mold 2. Next, when the cap member 3 is allowed to fall into the ring body of the attaching and detaching auxiliary means, the pawl part 28 is revolved to separate the cover material 17.
