PURPOSE: To drastically decrease the substantial replenishing amt. of a photographic processing liquid by desalting a waste photographic processing liquid by a concn. processing and supplying this desalted liquid to a processing tank.
CONSTITUTION: This automatic development processing system for photography processes photographic sensitive materials by the processing liquid of the processing tank 210 of an automatic developing machine 200. The processing liquid fatigued in this processing is activated by adding a processing agent for replenishment to the processing liquid, by which the photographic processing is continuously executed. The processing agent for replenishment supplied to the processing tank 210 is used as a concd. processing liquid and the waste photographic processing liquid discharged from the processing stage of the automatic developing machine 200 is heated by an evaporation concn. processing device 300 and is subjected to evaporation concn. The steam generated by this concn. is condensed by cooling and the condensed liquid is separated to the concd. electrodialyzate and the desalted water by an electrodialyzer 400 which is alternately arranged with cation exchange membranes and anion exchange membranes via chamber frames between electrodes and is alternately formed with concentrating chambers and desalting chambers by both ion exchange membranes and the chamber frames. This desalted liquid is stored into a desalted liquid stock tank 500. The liquid stored therein is supplied to the processing tank.
