PURPOSE: To eliminate labor of changing operation for spinning pack of spinning machine, by automotizing clamping and loosening operations of bolts during vertical movement, attaching and detaching of spinning pack, and transfer operation of the whole device.
CONSTITUTION: The frame 13 is transferred along the traveling guide rails 9 set in parallel in the longer direction of a spinning machine, and the stop control lever 15 is engaged with the dog 14 to regulate a stop position. The machine M to change spinning pack is laid on the base 22 going up and down along the pillars 18, bolts are rotated and reversed by the multi-spindle automatic nut runner 36. The spinning pack 4 is transferred to the holder 40 for spinning pack by the roller conveyors 46 and 48 and taken out therefrom.
