Abstract:
To provide an automatic device for emptying bags of a frozen blood product, which replaces a rigid blade support with an oscillating system capable of cushioning the impact of the blade against the bag.SOLUTION: An automatic device for emptying bags of a frozen blood product includes a product removal device, a product reception hopper, a transporter for transporting the bag from a reception area to the product removal device, and a cutter located in a path of the bag formed between the reception area and the product removal device. The cutter is housed in an oscillating support comprising means configured for absorbing energy of impacts of the bag against the cutter and for returning the cutter to the initial position of the cutter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
