Title:
AUTOMATIC DEVICE PUTTING PRODUCT IN ORDER FOR PACKAGING
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3825083
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To put a random longitudinal line flow of products in order by providing first and second stopping means fitted capably of being reciprocated in the longitudinal direction perpendicular to the carrying direction of products and a first sensor causing reciprocation of them in the longitudinal direction.
SOLUTION: A robot transfer device 200 selectively draws out products out of specification from products of 2 x 8 pieces. Gaps or random change are generated in the flow of the products by the drawn products. A putting-in- order device 995 drives a carrying device with doubling preventing rail, and advances it up to an output end 915 along the direction of the arrow mark C under products 20d. At this time, by setting first and second stopping means 904a, 904b on the descending position, advance of a leading product is obstructed, and succeeding product is also brought in contact with the leading product so as to stop. The fact that a specified number of packages are put close with no gap is confirmed by a sensor, and hence the specified number of packages are put in order.
