In the bathtub filtration circulation hot water supply device, a hair catcher 4 is connected to a main line 10 from a bathtub 1, a filtration pump 5 is connected to a main line 14 of a passage from an outlet 4b to apply supply force, the filtration pump 5 is connected to a five way valve 18 of a filtration device 6, a chemical injection passage 19 sending in a chlorine agent from a chlorine agent automatic injection device 8 is connected to the five way valve 18, hot water passed through a filter in the filtration device 6 from a second valve port 18b, supplied to a fourth valve port 18d of the five way valve 18, passed through a heat exchanger 7 from a third valve port 18c, and heated by heat exchange is recirculated to the bathtub 1, a branch passage is provided for automatically disinfecting the hair catcher 4 or an interior of the filtration device 6, and the legionella bacteria or the pathogenic amoeba is automatically disinfected/cleaned.
