CONSTITUTION: The automatic dispenser body is provided with a heat insulating body in a metallic box type case 3 and a surface heating body 5 on the top surface of the heat insulating body. A metallic body 6 is provided on the top surface of this surface heating body 5, and the heating device 2 provided with the fitting parts 7 for detachable fitting to the automatic dispenser body, etc., at both upper-end parts of the metallic box type case 3 is fitted outside and nearby the electric circuit of a sensor, etc., arranged in the automatic dispenser body, etc., with the fitting parts. Further, the heater temperature is set to a proper temperature according to coldness by adjusting a controller 8 with a safety device to set the room temperature to about 20-23°C, and the operation time is to the early morning startup time by a timer.
