An article storage device 20 capable of automatic vending has a column 23 of a drawer structure with an open top including a plurality of detachable inner partition plates 31 which have an engaging part 33 on a side face thereof, and regulating means for regulating the drawing position of the column 23. The article storage device 20 is installed along with an automatic dispenser main body 10 which is a main unit. In addition to ordinary automatic vending such as cans, bottles and PET bottles, the use of the article storage device for automatic vending with increased versatility of vending commodities is the incentive to the needs of users and can respond to the variety of the vending commodities. Synergetic effect between the main unit and the sub unit of automatic dispenser results in an enhanced sales efficiency.
