Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic door opening/closing control device capable of preventing abnormal action of a linear motor in a no-load condition.
SOLUTION: A speed Vab when a needle is moved from a position (a) where a magnetism detection signal is changed to (b) is determined, a step S14 is taken when Vab≥V, and it is determined if the needle is overturned to be moved from the position (b) where the magnetism detection signal is changed to (a). A speed Vba when it is moved from the position (b) to (a) is determined, and it is determined if it is a preset speed V or more or not. When Vba≥V, a step S18 is taken to determine abnormal action in which the needle is moved to reciprocate at high speed, and a needle action abnormality detection signal is outputted to a main control device. In a step S20, the main control device outputs a motor stop signal to a motor control circuit to immediately stop the needle.
