To provide automatic door equipment which can ensure safety when a door is manually opened/closed.

The inside of a door controller 42 is provided with an operation stop means 47 for stopping the operation of a motor 5 on the basis of an ON-signal given by an operation stop switch 43, so as to apparently bring about the same operation-stopped state as in the case of power-off, in the state of maintaining power-on. In the case where a risk has to be avoided when an equipment-operated state is apparently stopped, the operation stop means 47 makes the motor 5 braked by temporarily starting the operation of the motor 5. This can prevent a person's fingers from being caught in the door 2 when he/she manually opens and closes the door 2.
