Title:
AUTOMATIC DROPPING DEVICE FOR PRODUCT IN INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5625432
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make a product drop automatically by a method wherein a vibration-generating pin giving vibrations to product push-out pins provided unitedly with extruding plates on the opening of a die is provided and the vibrations are transmitted to the product, which is then made to spring out forward instant-aneously and thereby removed from the push-out pins.

CONSTITUTION: Several concave grooves 15 having semicircular cross sections are provided in parallel along the surface of the circumference of a vibration-generating pin 14 serving as a guide for extruding plates 8 and 8', while around the pin 14 being provided a guide tube 18 pressing balls 16 against the surface of the pin 14 with springs 17. The balls 16 and springs 17 are fitted in the holes 20' of a flange 20 projected from the guide tube 18. During the opening of the die when a movable metal die 4 is moved, a knock-out pin 10 touches a support board 11. The force is transmitted to the extruding plates 8 and 8', thereby the balls 16 being put in the first groove 15. By the compression and repulsion of an elastic member 12 repeated when balls 16 get from one groove 15 over to the next groove 15, vibrations are given to push-out pins 6 and 6' provided unitedly with the extruding plates. Thus, the vibrations are transmitted to a product 1, which is made to spring out forward instantaneously.
