To provide an automatic dryer for automatically drying an ID card, wetted by a user of ski lift, so that it can be reused.

The automatic dryer of an ID and comprises a heater 10 for overheating air in a drying chamber 1, a thermometer 12 for measuring the temperature in the chamber, a fan 11 for circulating the air, left and right rails 6 for guiding an ID card 7 thrown into the drying chamber from below an ID card throwing opening 5 to an outlet 8 through the drying chamber, a plate 4 for pushing out the ID card 7 held between the left and right rails to the outlet 8, a motor 2 as a drive source for driving the pushing plate reciprocally back and forth, a pair of moisture absorbing rollers 20 for absorbing moisture of the ID card while rolling on the opposite surfaces thereof, and an ID card container provided with an ID card mounting table at the outlet 8 of the drying chamber.
