To provide inexpensive small-sized automatic opening/closing equipment for a vehicle.
An arm 22 is fixed to a back door, and arc-shaped surface-like driving surfaces 24a and 24b, which are curved around a hinge, are provided on both the upper and lower surfaces of the upside part of the arm 22. Driving wheels 25a and 25b are brought into contact with the driving surfaces 24a and 24b, respectively, and the upside part 22a of the arm 22 is supported by being sandwiched between the driving wheels 25a and 25b. Rotating shafts 27a and 27b of the respective driving wheels 25a and 25b are connected to an output shaft 36 of a driving unit 31 via a gear mechanism 41, and the respective driving wheels 25a and 25b are rotatively driven by the driving unit 31. Additionally, the outside diameter of the driving wheel 25a on the side of the inner periphery of the upside part 22a is set smaller than that of the driving wheel 25b on the side of the outer periphery. Thus, when the driving wheels 25a and 25b are rotated, the upside part 22a is fed by the driving wheels 25a and 25b so that the arm 22 can advance/retreat, and the back door is opened/closed.
