PURPOSE: To send a communication text to a facsimile terminal equipment even from a telephone set by converting a voice signal from a caller telephone set into a signal able to be decoded by the facsimile terminal equipment, modulating the signal and sending the result to the desired facsimile terminal equipment.

CONSTITUTION: When an incoming call request comes to a facsimile terminal equipment, a voice recognition device 54 gives a transmission command of a control means text sent to the facsimile terminal equipment to a telephone set making the request by means of a voice guidance. When a communication text sent from the telephone set to the facsimile terminal equipment is sent to the voice recognition device 54 in a voice, the device 54 converts the voice being an analog signal into a digital picture signal able to be outputted by the called facsimile terminal equipment, that is, a facsimile signal and sends it to a modulator 56. The modulator 56 is integrated with a MODEM converting the digital signal received from the voice recognition device 54 into a signal suitable for the transmission.
