PURPOSE: To continuously and automatically control the operation to exchange control rods and to decrease the radiation exposure to an operator by automatically switching the independent operation and simultaneous operation of a handling device and platform sequentially.
CONSTITUTION: The horizontally swivelable platform 2 having wheels on a circular rail 1 is moved by a motor 3 and the handling device 4 is horizontally run on traveling rails 5 of the platform 2 by a motor 6. The execution sequence adequately combined with the information on the X-Y travel to simultaneously move the motor 3 and the motor 6, the information on the swivel of the platform to move only the motor 3 independently and the information on the travel of the handling machine to move only the motor 6 independently, which information are previously stored, is executed by the control rods to be carried in and out in this control system. The continuous remote operation is executed.
