Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obviate carrying of a heavy substance and to reduce the exchange time of a metallic mold by exchanging only a punch and dies without exchanging a holder provided with the punch and the dies.
CONSTITUTION: In the automatic exchanging device 33 of the metallic mold to exchange the punch P and the dies D fitted to upper and lower turrets 5 and 7 on a turret punch press 1, a stocker 25 is provided adjacently to the turret punch press 1 and a movable table 35 to exchange the punch 1 and the dies D is provided between this stoker 25 and the turret punch press 1. This movable table 35 is provided with a punch exchange hand 43 and a die exchange hand 45 freely movably vertically and freely rotatably and the punch exchange hand 43 is provided with a holding lug 89 and a vibration generator 103. In addition, the die exchange hand 45 is provided with a taking out-and-in device 109 to take out a die holder 169 or a metallic mold holder 23 and a die attaching and detaching device 121 to attach and detach the dies D.
