To provide an automatic excrement treatment apparatus which attains exact sewage discharge and washing operation by improving sucking efficiency of a suction pump while keeping operability by inexpensive and simple structure.
The automatic excrement treatment apparatus K is provided with a diaper-like casing A and a washing means. The casing A has a supporting plate part 100 for placing the hips thereon and an erected part 200 erected at the rear end of the supporting plate part 100. The supporting plate part 100 has a sewage channel 101 and a discharging part 102, and the erected part 200 has a front surface recess part 113 connected with the sewage channel 101. The sewage channel 101 has a sewage storage space (s) which is connected with the discharging part 102 at a position recessed more than a front recess part 113, whose width is tapered toward the discharging part 102, and which is cylindrical with the side of the discharging part 102 as a bottom part.
