Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic exhaust valve capable of avoiding breakage of a filter screen.SOLUTION: An automatic exhaust valve of such a type that a valve plug 1 with a filter screen is pried comprises an upper case, a lower case, a floating ball 9, a lever 3, a valve plug 1, a valve seat 2, and a valve port. The valve seat 2 and the valve port are fitted to the upper case, and a tip of the lever 3 is positioned below a pestle body at a rear end of the valve plug 1 to constitute a prying structure. The lever 3 is in a Φ-like shape, a fitting slit 7 is provided at a rear end of the valve seat 2, and a first cross-beam of the lever 3 in the Φ-like shape is located in the fitting slit 7 to serve as an axis of rotation of the lever 3. The lever 3 is thus designed in the Φ-like shape and then the lever 3 is inserted into the valve seat bypassing a rear end of the valve seat 2 to constitute the prying structure with the rear end of the valve plug 1, so that the filter screen 8 is always not in contact with the lever 3 to avoid breakage of the filter screen 8 caused by the lever 3, so problems of prior arts can be solved to further improve the quality and use lifetime of the product.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
