Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enhance the strength of a fastening metal fitting, and reduce the power cost of a loading device.
CONSTITUTION: When a pallet 2 for loading a load 1 reaches a loading or unloading position, a lever 19 is pushed by the pallet 2 and oscillated, a fastening metal fitting 14 is raised and inserted to a pallet lower surface hole 21, and the fastening metal fitting 14 is then rotated to an engaging position by a hydraulic cylinder 16, and engaged with the pallet lower surface hole 21 to fix the pallet 2. When the pallet 2 is retreated from the loading or unloading position contrary to this, the fastening metal fitting 14 is rotated to a releasing position by the hydraulic cylinder 16, the lever 19 is oscillated in the opposite direction by a spring, the fastening metal fitting 14 is lowered and separated from the pallet lower surface hole 21, and the pallet 2 is then retreated from the loading and unloading position.
