A holding frame which can collectively receive a large number of the boxed cylindrical articles in the same upright posture and arrangement as those in the boxed condition and has no bottom is provided at a predetermined position on the rotary disk, and the cylindrical articles are fed on the rotary disk in an upright condition by collectively inserting the cylindrical articles taken out of the box into the holding frame. Then, a frame edge of the holding frame is simultaneously opened to feed the cylindrical articles on the rotary disk in an upright posture.
