PURPOSE: To enhance the operating efficiency and the safety of the titled apparatus, by selectively regulating the valves according to the control signal for feeding the melted substance to each object, and by changing the angle of slope of the feeding path for controlling the flow speed.

CONSTITUTION: A raw material 12 is fed by a conveyor 11 which serves also as a stockpile stand. It is fed via a raw material hopper 14 and a chute 15 to a crucible 16 and is melted. And the raw material is added by the signal of a volumetric temperature detector 19, and the temperature is controlled by a burner 20 accordingly. When the temperature of molten metal rises to the assigned temperature, the signal from a detector 19 opens a valve A which serves also as a double safety device, and a dividing valve B for the melted substance, thus feeding it for the supplying objects of the melted substance. In case when any change of the speed and the rate of the flow is necessary, the angle of the slope and the caliber of a dividing path 25 are changed. On detecting any vibration, instantaneously with an emergency signal of the vibration detector 38, the valves A, B are shut, and also the raw material supplying inlet 17 is shut by an emergency shutter 18.
