Title:
AUTOMATIC FIRE EXTINGUISHER ARRANGED WITH RELEASE CONDUITS ON BOTH SIDES OF MAIN BODY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2008148986
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide an inexpensive automatic fire extinguisher for a kitchen range, which can be installed to the kitchen range with a hood-fan by solving problems of a conventional extinguisher as a fire prevention countermeasure to a fire resulted from combustion of deep-frying oil which occupies a large part of causes of the kitchen fire, and allows a purchaser to easily install it.

The fire extinguisher is constituted so as to have a compact and integrated structure, wherein short release conduits with heat sensitive nozzles are arranged on both sides around a main body container. Regardless of the place where a fire breaks out, either a left burner part or a right one, only the heat sensitive nozzle on the fire outbreak side placed above releases early, and all the extinguishing agents are released in the container concentrating on the kitchen range on the fire outbreak side. Thus, the burner parts on the right and left of the range can be protected; early operation is possible, and the extinguisher can be installed on a hood lower wall surface of the hood-fan kitchen range where the installation is relatively easy.
