Abstract:
PURPOSE:To fix a rotary shaft such as a fin rotary shaft mechanically, automatically, and completely and to automatically make a neutral return. CONSTITUTION:The automatic fixation device consists of a cam 2 fixed on the flank of the rotary shaft, a couple of fixed pins 8a and 8b arranged corresponding to the cam 2, and a link mechanism and a locking cylinder 9 for inserting and extracting the fixed pins 8a and 8b into and from the cam 2; and couples of bendable links 15a and 16a, and 15b and 16b which have one-end sides pivoted on machine bases 13a and 13b and the other-end sides pivoted on the shafts of the fixed pins 8a and 8b are fitted in devises 12a and 12b drawn by a locking cylinder 9. Further, link stoppers 17a and 17b are arranged corresponding to the links 15a and 16a, and 15b and 16b, a fixed pin extrusion spring 18 and a fixed pin position detection sensor are arranged on the shafts of the fixed pins 8a and 8b, constituting the automatic fixation device.
