PURPOSE: To prevent damage to a tank due to the freezing of water by automatically discharging washing water in a tank when room temperature becomes to freezing point or lower.
CONSTITUTION: There are provided a hot water tank 5 which is connected to a reserve tank 3 or a low tank, a hot water washing nozzle 7 having a check valve, an outside open type hot water washing nozzle 8, and a rotary changeover valve 6 which changes over these nozzles, and a control unit is provided to change over the action of the valve 6 by comparing the room temperature with the freezing point of water. And the rotary changeover valve 6 is changed over based on a signal from the control unit to cause the nozzle 8 to communicate with the tank 5, causing thereby the water in the tank 5 to flow back to the tank 3 or the low tank.
