This numerically controlled automatic grinder is composed of a clamp unit 3 comprising a clamp bar 5 capable of being pressed from one of flat faces of the throw-away tip 6, an index unit 1 with an index bar 7 located oppositely to the clamp bar 5 and capable of being revolved on an axis O as a center for indexing, a tip set unit 2 mounted between the clamp unit 3 and the index unit 1 and slidable in the direction along the axis O, and a table unit 4 capable of loading these units, moving in the direction along the axis O and the direction perpendicular to the axis O in a setting state as the reference, and being revolved in parallel with the axis O on a holding part of the tip 6 as an approximate center.
