Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the number of block requests and to reduce the communication burden of a system computer by detecting the automatic guided vehicles waiting in a block range of a running route that is requested to the system computer and shunting the detected vehicles.
SOLUTION: A system computer 20 manages the automatic guided vehicles 4. The vehicles 4 which run by assignment of their carrying commands request the blocks of sections covering up to their destinations, for example, to a drive- out processing part 27. The part 27 detects the vehicles 4 waiting in the requested range based on the data on an automatic guided vehicle management part 21 and specifies a vehicle 4 to be driven out. Then the current position of a running vehicle 4 is detected and the drive-out of the relevant vehicle is commanded when the space is reduced down to the prescribed value or less between the running vehicle and the vehicle to be driven out. The shunting destination of the vehicle to be driven out is decided at the part 27 by referring to the route chart of a route chart management part 26. Then the drive-out of the relevant vehicle is commanded via the part 21.
