Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select a word to use for an index based on an index-making extraction condition set by a use by word-registering a word and phrase suited to an index-making extraction condition in a segmented word and phrase to an index candidate dictionary.
SOLUTION: A document file 1 is automatically segmented as a word by a word and phrase server (analytic function) with a word and phrase segmenting function 11 to be made token. Then document information, information classified by a word and phrase, positional information are set by each word to store in a token-making word and phrase file 2 to be collated with a dictionary 3a. A collated word and phrase is stored in a candidate file 4 with each information by a candidate word registering function 12. Next, at an index preparing part 20 an index-making extraction condition setting function 21 sets the condition inputted by the user and a candidate word extracting function 22 fetches the word and phrase in this candidate file 4, compares each information of the word and phrase with the set condition, extracts a word to making an index and registers the extracted word and its information in an index file 5.
