PURPOSE: To prevent a processing by means of manual input from complicating and to automate the processing by previously storing a parameter to be inputted in a storage part at the time of inputting the parameter during the execution of the program of the batch processing, and fetching data of said parameter from the storage part at the time of executing the program.

CONSTITUTION: Before program execution, the necessary parameter is inputted from an input part 1 and the data is stored in the storage part 3. At the time of executing the program, an analysis processor analyzes its own parameter and gives a command to an execution processor 5 so as to fetch the parameter.
