Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent wear and peeling of a contact face between joint parts against vibration. SOLUTION: A first joint 1 and a second joint 2 have joint parts connectable to and detachable from the respective bodies 3, 23, and opposedly arranged in the horizontal direction. One or both of the first joint 1 and second joint 2 are driven forward and backward by a driving device for connection and detachment. In an automatic attaching/detaching joint device of such constitution, a holding member 5 is provided between the body 3 and joint part 4 of the first joint 1, and the joint part is fitted to the holding body 5. A clearance not smaller than a vibrating range is provided between the body 3 and holding part 5 of the first joint 1, and a spring 6 is provided to press the holding member 5 to the second joint 2 side. Recessed parts are formed at both side parts of the holding member 5. Guides 7 are respectively fixed to both sides of the body 3, piercing the recessed parts so as to guide the holding member 5 at the time of detachment and to form a clearance, not smaller than a vibrating range, to the holding member 5 at the time of connection. A stopper 8 for specifying the moving range of the holding member 5 toward the second joint 2 side is provided continuously with the guide 7, and alignment at the time of connection is performed by a pin 26 of the second joint 2 and a pin insert hole 9 of the first joint 1.
