Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obviate the additional installation of an exterior conveyor by a method wherein full automatic label-sticking apparatus with a tranfer conveyor are laterally provided, and a material-feeding passage is constituted by connecting respective transfer conveyors.
CONSTITUTION: On both side plates 2a, 2b of a loading case, which are confronted, a carrying-in opening 101 is formed on one side plate 2a, and a carry-out opening 102 is formed on the other side plate 2b under a confronted condition. Then, a transfer conveyor 100 is provided between the openings 101 and 102, and the upper surface is adjusted to a tube insertion part at the top and bottom. Then, a plurality of automatic label-sticking apparatus 1 for test tubes are densely arranged in the lateral direction, and by making the carry-in openings 101 and carry-out openings 102 meet, a linearly continuous material-feeding passage P is constituted in the laterally provided direction of affxing machines 1. By this method, a test tube (w) on which a label is stuck by the sticking apparatus 1 being equipped with test tubes corresponding with the content of each test is transferred under a crossing condition, and is collected from the carry-out opening of the sticking apparatus 1 at the outermost end.
